Position: Customer Care Executive
Qualifications:
- Proven healthcare experience within Qatar (Mandatory).
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Qatar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate availability to join is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with registration, appointments, admissions, and general facility inquiries.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Handling patient feedback, addressing concerns, and coordinating with healthcare staff.
- Maintaining accurate patient interaction logs and supporting front-office operations.
Preference: Healthcare customer service professionals with Qatar experience available for immediate joining
