Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail, hypermarket, or food preparation roles.
- Arabic speaking fluency is mandatory for Customer Relations Executive applicants.
- Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills relevant to retail and fresh food counters.
- Candidates must be locally available in Qatar to attend the walk-in interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesmen / Cashiers: Assisting shoppers, merchandising goods, managing POS checkout operations, and maintaining store display standards.
- Customer Relations Executive: Handling guest queries in Arabic, resolving complaints, and ensuring high service satisfaction across hypermarket departments.
- Butchers / Fishmongers: Cleaning, cutting, portioning, and displaying fresh meat and seafood products while adhering to hygiene guidelines.
- Food & Beverage Prep Staff (Tea, Snacks, Shawarma & Mashawi, Arabic Salad): Preparing fresh culinary offerings, maintaining food safety standards, and serving counter customers efficiently.
