Requirements and Qualifications
Academic Background:
* Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Core Experience & Technical Competencies:
* Industry Experience:** Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Quantity Surveyor experience strictly within the structural steel, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), or heavy metal fabrication industry in Saudi Arabia.
* Drawing Software:** Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting Tekla and AutoCAD structural drawings.
* Contracts & Negotiations:** Exceptional negotiation skills paired with a solid understanding of FIDIC contract conditions.
* ERP Systems:** Familiarity with modern ERP systems (hands-on experience with Odoo is preferred).
* Professional Certification:** RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
