Requirements and Qualifications by Role:
• 1. Document Controller: Experience in managing project submittals, correspondence registers, transmittals, and EDMS archiving.
• 2. Mechanical Engineer – HVAC: Engineering degree with expertise in HVAC design review, installation oversight, shop drawing approvals, and site coordination.
• 3. Design Engineer – MEP: Engineering degree with a strong background in preparing and reviewing multi-disciplinary MEP designs and technical submittals.
• 4. BIM Modeler – Electrical: Hands-on experience developing 3D BIM models for electrical installations using Revit MEP and conducting clash detection with Navisworks.
• 5. Planning Engineer – MEP: Engineering background with proven skill in creating and updating baseline schedules, progress tracking, and delay analysis using Primavera P6.
• Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in residential and commercial building projects, strong MEP technical foundation, and immediate availability to join.
