Requirements and Qualifications:
• Industry Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience in the construction and contracting sector.
• Position Experience: Proven track record in the specific senior-level role applied for.
• Software & Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6 (Planning), AutoCAD / Revit (Architectural Technical Engineering), total station / GPS instruments (Land Surveyor), and EDMS platforms (Document Controller).
• Quality Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC standards, ISO compliance, and Saudi building codes (QA/QC roles).
• Communication & Leadership: Strong technical communication, project management, and site supervision abilities.
