Qualifications:
- MEP Supervisor: Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar. Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory). Strong knowledge of MEP systems, facilities management, and preventive maintenance. Proven team leadership and supervisory experience.
- HVAC Technician: Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar. Hands-on expertise in HVAC maintenance, system troubleshooting, and repair. Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance workflows.
- Mechanical Technician: Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar. Specialized experience in pump maintenance, shaft alignment, bearing replacement, and mechanical systems troubleshooting.
- General Requirement: Local candidates in Qatar with transferable residence status and immediate joining availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- MEP Supervision: Overseeing MEP daily maintenance, directing technicians, scheduling preventive maintenance routines, and managing facility operational standards (MEP Supervisor).
- HVAC Systems Maintenance: Performing hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing HVAC faults, repairing chillers, split/FCU units, and ensuring climate control systems operate efficiently (HVAC Technician).
- Mechanical Repairs & Overhauls: Executing routine mechanical maintenance, inspecting and overhauling pumps, conducting precise shaft alignments, replacing worn bearings, and resolving mechanical breakdowns (Mechanical Technician).
Preference: Qatar-based technical and MEP facility management professionals with 5+ years of local experience and immediate availability
Salary: As per company standards / Qatar facilities management & MEP sector scale
