Qualifications:
- Relevant technical and field experience in the respective trade applied for.
- Mandatory Requirement: Prior direct work experience on projects in Ras Laffan, Qatar (familiarity with QatarEnergy / RLIC site rules and safety protocols).
- Trade certification or valid rigging/fire-watch safety credentials as required by oil & gas and industrial site standards.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety, confined space watch, hot work permits, and mechanical equipment erection/maintenance.
- Immediate Availability: Candidates must be available to join immediately inside Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rigging & Heavy Lifting: Planning and supervising heavy lifts, inspecting rigging gears, hitching loads safely, and executing rigging operations in compliance with site safety standards (Lead Rigger / Rigger).
- Safety Monitoring & Surveillance: Monitoring hot work areas for fire hazards, watching confined space entries, maintaining entry/exit logs, and enforcing safety controls in high-risk zones (Fire Watcher / Hole Watcher).
- Mechanical Supervision: Directing mechanical crews, supervising equipment installation, piping assembly, and mechanical shutdown/maintenance tasks on Ras Laffan industrial sites (Mechanical Supervisor).
Preference: Qatar-based industrial technicians and supervisors with Ras Laffan project experience, valid safety certifications, and immediate joining availability
Salary: As per company standards / Qatar oil, gas & industrial Contracting sector scale
Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
