Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in the relevant role, trade, or culinary/hospitality specialty applied for.
- Sound working knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), workplace safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic catering and facilities management environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a strict commitment to maintaining top culinary and service quality standards.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Operations: Overseeing kitchen workflows, supervising food prep, maintaining food safety, and authentic dish preparation for specialized cuisines (Sous Chef & Specialty Cooks).
- Beverage & Dining Service: Crafting premium coffee beverages, maintaining station cleanliness, taking orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in dining setups (Sr. Barista, Barista, Waiter & Waitress).
- Supply Chain & Inventory Operations: Coordinating food product procurement, liaising with suppliers, supervising stock movements, maintaining warehouse inventory records, and handling receipt logs (Purchase Coordinator & Assistant Warehouse Supervisor).
Preference: Catering, food services, and hospitality professionals currently residing in Qatar with immediate availability
